• Consultation report: The starting point of all staging is the consultation report. The fee is determined by a number of factors, including the size of your house and the number of rooms. Peggy will come to your home for the consultation, touring every space with you, then walking through alone, taking notes and photos. A comprehensive list of what needs to be done to ready the property will be prepared. She will return to present the report and will offer a bid for your consideration to showcase your property for the open house.

• Project management: You complete all the items listed, including de-cluttering, removing unnecessary items, repairing, cleaning, painting, etc., or request a bid for Piermont Staging to manage it for you.

• Showcasing: Just prior to the first open house, the Piermont Staging crew can return to showcase the rooms to their fullest advantage. Your home will be positioned to appeal to the largest number of buyers, and you will have tips to help keep it that way.

A portion of all staging projects will be donated to the CSP™ Charity of Choice, Habitat for Humanity.
