Piermont Staging LLC

Peggy Tracy is the owner of Piermont Staging LLC, a company specializing in preparing real estate properties for the market. She is a Certified Staging Professional (CSP™) and a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM®). Based in Newark, Delaware, the company stages properties in the northern half of the state and reaches beyond into neighboring states.

With a B.S. in Interior Design as the basis for her interest in staging, Peggy brings to the company a diverse background, which includes detailing interiors for two architectural firms, facilities and project management for an engineering company, and marketing and tenant services management for a professional office complex.

A resident of Newark for more than 30 years, Peggy is deeply committed to community involvement through her church, the Jaycee organization, and the Bear Glasgow YMCA, having served as a founding member of the Board of Advisors and on the Major Gifts and Building Committees for its new facility on Route 40.

A portion of all staging projects will be donated to the CSP™ Charity of Choice, Habitat for Humanity.
